-Panel furniture

Panel furniture includes dining tables, TV cabinets, bedside tables, coffee tables and other wooden furniture. The factory generally produces furniture in three wood colors: walnut/white oak/ash black matte.

There are also some painted furniture in dark blue/light gray/medium gray, etc. Painted furniture are basically made of medium-density fiberboard with an environmental protection grade of E0 (E0 is currently the highest grade of medium-density fiberboard in Europe, with formaldehyde and safety test reports).

-About board selection

The multi-layer board used in the panel furniture produced by the factory is one of the best solid wood multi-layer boards in China. The material is all eucalyptus wood, all of which are E0 grade materials.

MDF is also one of the best brands in China, with a grade of E1.

Walnut solid wood is of high grade certified by North America FAS.

White oak is imported from North America and Northern Europe and is of high grade with FAS certification.

White oak veneer and walnut veneer are imported from North America.

-Hardware drawer slides and door hinges

The cabinet drawer slides are made of Hettich imported from Germany.

Most of the cabinet door hinges use the world's top hinge brands, such as Austria's Blum and Italy's SALICE .

Most of the cabinet hardware feet are made of 304 grade stainless steel and carburized steel. The processing technology is also the highest standard laser seamless welding technology in the industry, which can achieve the standard of no obvious welding points/no rust/no oxidation for most products.

- Factory paint coating process

For the convenience of later use and maintenance, the factory uses varnish protection. The wood-colored and walnut-colored furniture can achieve the natural texture of the wood itself, but still have a certain waterproof and dustproof effect. The environmental protection level meets the highest domestic standards.
